Looking for something to do this Valentine's Day? We have multiple events going on. On Friday and Saturday we will be having wine and chocolate pairings; and Friday night we are having a intimate Winemaker Dinner in the cave.

Valentine’s Day Winemaker Dinner Menu

Each course will be paired with one of our award-winning wines

Starter

Charcuterie board with fresh fruit and Champagne Toast

Salad

Strawberry, golden beet, and goat cheese spinach salad with toasted almonds and balsamic vinaigrette

Soup

French Onion topped with a melted Gruyère crouton

Entrée

Syrah Braised Lamb Shank, garlic parmesan mashed potatoes, and maple bacon glazed brussel sprouts

Dessert

Gourmet Chocolates and Truffles
